"Robbie Lee and Mary Halvorson, on the album Seed Triangular, propose an amalgamation of ancient music, folk, free jazz and free improvisation underlined by the use of an arsenal of historical and unusual instruments including 18-string harp guitar from 1899, Gibson guitar L-2 of 1930 and banjo of six strings of 1888 on the part of Halvorson and baroque flutes, 8-key flute of 1829, chalumeau (clarinet of the Renaissance), saxophone soprillo, melodica and bells in charge of Lee."
