Padma Newsome
PADMA NEWSOME was born in Alice Springs, Australia. He is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, conductor, arranger, composer and frequent collaborator. He shares with and teaches music to children and adults in community, and walks in nature. His lifestyle is reflective and secluded.
Padma lives with his partner, Susannah Keebler, who provides inspiration, editing advice and frequently contributes lyrics. His closest neighbours are Koalas, birds, Wonga Pidgeons, Lyrebirds, King Parrots, amongst many, several wombats, several families of Bushy Tailed Possums, Ring Tailed Possums, Goannas, and sporadic humans and households. His own home is often filled with music and song made by young and old.
